How to make MilkTea Cifon

Ingredients (4.5-inch Ling-pan)
Milk Tea
1 tbs Tea (EarlGrey)
2 tbs Water
50cc Milk at room temperature
2 middle egg yorks at room temperature
40g granulated sugar
2 tbs salad oil
1/2 tsp Tea leaf(EarlGrey)
50g shifterd Flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 Middle Egg whites at room temperature
Little sugar Powder
READY
・shifted Flour and BakingPowder for 2 times
・Preheat the oven 350F.
  1. make the milk tea of the pan.
  2. beat egg in the bowl and
    mixed half of granulated sugar.
  3. Pour milk tea into it.
  4. Mixed salad oil and it.
  5. Mixed the tea leaf and it.
  6. Shidte All of the powder and mixed it.
  7. In another bowl beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Add granulated sugar little beating until the peaks are stiff
  8. Gently fold half of the whites into the mixed powder
  9. Pour it into the cake pan
    The surface is patted quietly.
  10. Bake cake about 30 minutes.
