Pork with Red Wine

Ingredient(7 person)
700g Pork
1 bottle Red Wine
1 can tomato pure
2 cup Consomme soup
1/2tsp Chinese soup(Powderj
a little Solt and Pepper
3 leaf leaf of Laurel
1 tbs sugar

How to

  1. Saute a pork in frying pan. Add salt and peper.
    Remove pork from frying pan
  2. Pour Consomme soup into pan,
    and add chinese soup boil pork in pan for 1 hour.
  3. Pour Red Wine into pan ,boil it for 1 hour.
  4. Add tomatopure and Laurel boil down it for 6hours.
  5. Add sugar it. Boil it for 2hours. At finish add solt and pepper.
