Ingredients(Pan 16cm)
70g shifterd Flour
25g cocoa powder
3 egg
95g granulated sugar
100cc fresh cream
100g white chocolate
・Shifted Flour and cocoa powder
・Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
・Melt Butter
・line it with a round of parchment paper cut to fit
・Sharp half of white chocolate by spoon
  1. Beat egg in the bowl. Add granulated sugar into the bowl.
    Beat until cream
  2. Mixed shifted flour for 3 times.
    Stir it by Rubber spatula
  3. Add butter it.
  4. Pour it into the pan.
    Bake cake about 20 minutes.
  5. In another bowl melt half of white chocolate
    warming in hot water under the bottom of bowl.
  6. In another bowl beat half of fresh cream
    until soft peaks form.
  7. Mixed white chocolate and fresh cream until creamy.
  8. Cool cake in pans on rack for 5 minutes.
    Sliced side of sponge cake
    chocolate cream spread of it.
  9. Beat fresh cream until the peaks are stiff.
    Spread the chocolate cream all over the cake Decolate with white chocolate shavings.
