Ingredients
230cc milk
50g granulated suger
4g powdered gelatine
2,3 drop White Curacao
tsp‚P White Rum
200cc fresh cream
4 piece Peachitinned foodj
How to make
  1. Pour 30cc of milk into gelatine. And it macerates.
  2. Pour remaining milk and granulated suger into the saucepan ,
    boil it and stir it until complete melt.
  3. Add macerated gelatine to the saucepan.
    stirring all the time until the mixture melt.
    Pour the mixture back into the bowl.
  4. Set saucepan in a large bowl of ice water to cool.
  5. Mixed White Curacao and White Rum to it
  6. Stir it until the bottom of the bowl comes to be seen.
    then remove from ice water.
  7. Beat the fresh cream to form stiff peaks.
    Add halh of whipped cream to the mixture.
  8. Place peach halves on the bottom of cup
  9. Pour the mixture into it.
  10. Refrigerate to set, about 2 hours.
