How to make |
- Pour 30cc of milk into gelatine. And it macerates.
- Pour remaining milk and granulated suger into the saucepan ,
boil it and stir it until complete melt.
- Add macerated gelatine to the saucepan.
stirring all the time until the mixture melt.
Pour the mixture back into the bowl.
- Set saucepan in a large bowl of ice water to cool.
- Mixed White Curacao and White Rum to it
- Stir it until the bottom of the bowl comes to be seen.
then remove from ice water.
- Beat the fresh cream to form stiff peaks.
Add halh of whipped cream to the mixture.
- Place peach halves on the bottom of cup
- Pour the mixture into it.
- Refrigerate to set, about 2 hours.
